Yes, someone over the age of 18 is required to be home to sign for delivery. We love to meet our customers!

We recommend reserving your boxes a week prior to when you need to start packing, but depending on availability, we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice. When placing your order, the calendar will have all available dates showing. Pick a date and delivery window and we’ll be there! (with bells on- or not…lol)
When possible, we provide same day delivery for an additional fee of $25.

We love them too!! And yes, you can purchase the boxes for $35 each and dollies are $125 each.

We do our best to help you get the right package for your needs. But if you realize you still need more, just give us a quick call or contact us through the web chat. We will do our best to get more boxes to you ASAP. Additional boxes are $5 each with a minimum of 5 boxes and an additional delivery charge of $40.

The Small Bin is 21 x 15 x12 and holds up to 40lbs. Great for books and other smaller , heavy items. 

The Large bin is 27 x 17 x12 and holds up to 70lbs. Great for everything else and can stack 4 high on the nestable dollies made just right for these bins.
